Mayor Domenic J. Sarno congratulated Springfield’s own Rustic Brewing Company and White Lion Brewing on being named two of the top 25 breweries in Western Massachusetts by Beer Lovers. Using data and reviews from dozens of breweries in Western Mass from Untapped, a popular beer rating and discovery app that allows users to discover and rate different brews and share their experiences, a list of the best 25 breweries in Western Mass was put together, with Rustic Brewing coming in at #2 and White Lion ranked #24.
Mayor Sarno states, “Congratulations to two of the finest brewing establishments not only in Western Massachusetts but in our Commonwealth and the Nation. Rustic Brewing, located at the Indian Orchard Mills, offers a diverse selection of beers at their rustic-inspired taproom with a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. White Lion, located in Tower Square in the heart of our downtown Metro area, has been a staple in our community and continues to be instrumental in shaping the local vibrance for our dining and entertainment districts along Main Street and Worthington Street.
