Mayor Domenic J. Sarno attended an open house for BankW’s KNF&T Staffing Resources brand, a collaboration of companies committed to providing full-service staffing and recruiting services for employers, located at One Monarch Place in downtown Springfield. This growing and expanding company offers temporary and contract placement, temporary-to-permanent placement, direct-hire placement and executive search services in Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. BankW Staffing announced the acquisition of Johnson & Hill Staffing, a longtime staffing firm in downtown since 1995.

Mayor Sarno states, “I want to thank Johnson & Hill President and CEO Andrea Cataldo and her dedicated team for their years of service and commitment to our Springfield community.  I want to welcome Jason Kroll, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of BankW, and his dedicated team for their belief and investment in our Springfield.  This is a perfect opportunity for both parties, a win-win, that will continue to provide top level staffing services for employers in the region, and maintaining a dedicated workforce and presence in our Monarch Place.  This is all about that good four-letter word, JOBS!  My administration is excited to welcome BankW’s KNF&T Staffing Resources brand to our downtown Springfield.  This exciting news continues to build upon all of our positive announcements not only in our downtown but throughout our city.  From our new Big Y Express in downtown Springfield, to the numerous infrastructure and quality of life projects happening citywide.  Springfield is moving in a positive direction and my administration will continue to support and enhance these endeavors.”
