On Wednesday, April 9, former Springfield Commonwealth Academy standout Leonardo May’s current college team, the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats, lost 12-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Missouri Western Griffons.

The game took place at Bearcat Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Griffons this season.

The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m. at Bearcat Baseball Field against Newman Jets.
