So, without further ado, here are the names of Hanover’s 8 large plow trucks for the year 2023…

  1. “Snowy Garcia”, submitted by Avonlea Thibeault (Grade 5) and Pippa Thibeault (Grade 3)
  2. “Rob Gronk-Plowski”, submitted by Elias Mason (Grade 2) and Tripp McNulty (Grade 4)
  3. “Hanover Helper”, submitted by Ms. Folsom’s 2nd Grade Class
  4. “Snow Hawk”, submitted by Mrs. Gordon’s 4th Grade Class
  5. “SnowFlake the Destroyer”, submitted by Mrs. McKenna’s 2nd Grade Class
  6. “You’re Killing Me Squalls”, submitted by Kerri Joyce (Mom) and Josephine Joyce (Kindergarten)
  7. “Boom Chicka Plow Plow”, submitted by James Fontaine (Grade 2)
  8. “Plower Power”, submitted by Ms. Reh’s 4th Grade Class

Within two weeks, decals will be attached to each of the 8 large plow truck blades with their new name and photographs will be taken of the plow trucks with the students and classes who gave them their names.

There were so many fantastic submissions! Selecting the names was a challenge. Thank you to everyone who participated and congratulations to all the winners.
